Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Minimum Domestic Shipping: $8.95 (for up to 4 1/87th and/or 2 1/43rd scale models), $17.95 (for 1 1/18th and larger scale model) If you purchase more then above quantities, and for Out-of-Country shipments we will charge shipping at cost. REFUNDS: All Sales Are Final. No exchange or refund, no exceptions. Exchange will only apply to defective merchandise if claim is made within 7 days after delivery date. In case of damaged item(s), please file a damage claim with your local post office. Once we have proof of this claim, we will authorize refund or exchange of the item(s) at the buyer's request. All parts must be returned in its original packaging, or a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping fee is non-refundable. If you return item(s) without prior approval in any other case, a 25% restocking fee will be charged as well. SPECIAL ORDERS: Some of the store items are made to order or for pre-order only. In this case we will advise the customer, and charge the amount due (or a reasonable down payment) at the time of order.
